Angela Harmston, Transformation (SEASCAPE 2025)
Not all landscapes are as visually breathtaking at first sight, sometimes you hvae to look a little closer to see the beauty. When the tide goes out in Cairns QLD the bay area transforms into a vast network of ripples and grooves creating mesmerising patterns all the way to the waters edge hundreds of meters away. Each day these patterns in the muddy sand change and with the sun rising and reflecting off the perfectly still water trapped in the grooves this image was captured.
