The South Australia medical research institute known as SAHMRI, is located on North Terrace in Adelaide, and is home to a number of leading health organizations researching into a range of diseases and conditions. Its iconic name comes from the many triangular windows and distinctive hoods that cover the building reminiscent of a cheese grater
