From a series of photographs taken in Smith’s Creek in the Ku-ring Gai National Park after a brief afternoon summer storm. Here on Dyarubbin, the relationship between the bush and the river is strong. The bush forever reaching down to the water and the river reflecting back into the bush. Composing the photographs without a shoreline forces the eye to view the images, not just as reflections but as landscapes in their own right.
