Joy Kachina, Resilience (LANDSCAPE 2025)
The endangered Miena Cider Gums, found exclusively in a small region of Tasmania's Central Highlands, are a vital part of our natural and cultural heritage. Protecting these unique trees is essential for conserving biodiversity and maintaining the ecological balance of this fragile environment. The small living gum stands resilient amongst the skeletal remains of its parent trees, demonstrating the strength of this significant species as they endure extreme weather conditions.
