Peter Sherlock, Public Hanging in Newtown (URBAN 2026)

I came across this residents extended garden in a public street in Newton Sydney. Street beautification, I assume. It struck me as somewhat morbid with pairs of boots suspended from the fence like executed criminal's feet bathed in the late morning light. I liked the red pitcher to the side, it went well with the greenery.
