Sally Kirsch, Pinnacles Moon & Milky Way Setting (SEASCAPE 2025)

At the end of a 45 minute walk to a cliff above the rugged coastline of the southside of Phillip Island, one is rewarded with a view over The Pinnacles. This night I was fortunate to have a 12% waxing crescent moon and the galactic core of the milky way above it, both descending over the western horizon whilst the waves came and went on the granite boulders below.
