Peter Harlow, Pelican moon (AERIAL 2025)
‘Pelican moon’ is one of a series of images captured over salt mining operations in north western Victoria. Although strongly resembling an abstract oil painting, closer inspection reveals the tracks of the salt mining equipment. The salt pans change colour as the season progresses, from white, through yellow to darker pinks and browns.
