Christina Stubbs, Parachilna Creek in the Flinders Ranges (LANDSCAPE 2023)

This image of the northern Flinders Ranges was taken from a fixed-wing aircraft in October 2022. The dry bed of Parachilna Creek dominates the foreground, leading back to Parachilna Gorge and the town of Blinman. Recent rains had rendered the southern and western Flinders unusually green, but the landscape in the eastern Flinders was still quite dry.
