Ian Carson, Arboreal Plea (LANDSCAPE 2025)

I guess I'm a sucker for a lone tree and had to stop to get a shot of this one as I headed for the Isle of Skye. I walked across the heather for about a mile to get the angle on the little section of road you see in the center of the shot. To me it seems like the tree is entreating the observer to take the road towards the distant windmills and all the hills are kneeling in service of this plea.
