WENDY KLEIN, The Skeleton Jetty (SEASCAPE 2023)

This jetty at Port Willunga used to be the busiest jetty back in the early 1900's. All that remains today is a few piles below the cliffs as a reminder of Port Willunga's past. After high tides and swells a lot of the sand was washed away, leaving rocks and old parts of the broken jetty visible on a very low tide. The skeleton remains is a popular photography location at sunset
