Sally Kirsch, The Cazeneaux Tree (LANDSCAPE 2026)

This magnificent 500+ year old river red gum is known as the Cazneaux Tree, made famous after it was photographed in 1937 by Harold Cazneaux in an image entitled The Spirit of Endurance. The gloomy weather on this day provided a soft light in the often harsh Flinders Ranges days.
