Udesh Hangili Gedara, The Burning Peak (LANDSCAPE 2026)

One of the most anticipated and planned images of my last year’s Europe trip. To start with, woke up at 4 in the morning to catch the Gornergrat Bahn from Zermatt to Riffelsee. The journey began in pitch darkness; it was a very cloudy morning, and no one expected the sun to break through the clouds and illuminate the Matterhorn peak. I was there, ready to take this one shot I didn't want to miss.
