Steven Cooke, Silence by the falls (LANDSCAPE 2026)

Here I am using myself as part of the landscape to provide scale to the falls. I have deliberately set a shutter speed that will allow for a dreamy but textured falls but also keep me in sharp focus at 1/4s as long as I keep still. I deliberately set this up as a zoom compression shot. Taken midway through a 6 hr hike at Stoney Creek in Far North Qld. This is Stoney Creek Falls.
