The curved surface of the Sydney Opera House is rendered as a rhythmic band of repeating geometry, illuminated by subtle shifts in colour and light. By isolating pattern and form, the image abstracts the building into a visual pulse, highlighting the craftsmanship and materiality of an iconic urban structure while removing any sense of scale or location.
