Kim Talento, Reflections at Piazza San Marco (URBAN 2025)

Venice experiences seasonal high tides that can lead to flooding in low-lying areas. Piazza San Marco, being one of the lowest points in the city, is particularly susceptible. While a mild flood may not cause significant damage, it does create a striking visual as water pools in the square. Visitors often find this phenomenon intriguing, but for locals, it serves as a reminder of the city's delicate relationship with the sea.
