Jennifer Martin, Pack Ice - Nature's Generative Art (SEASCAPE 2023)
I was on the trip of a lifetime - an expedition to South Georgia and the Antarctic Peninsula. On the 12th day of the expedition, I caught Covid and was confined to my cabin for the next five days. Though absolutely gutted to be missing our arrival to the Antarctic Peninsula, I was determined to stay positive and experience as much as possible from my balcony. I was mesmerised by the pack ice floating in the inky blue water, which from my perch on the balcony created constantly changing abstract patterns.
