Anne Algar, Midnight in Paradise Bay (SEASCAPE 2023)
In the Antarctic summer the sun sets around midnight and dawn breaks a couple of hours later. It never really gets dark. This photo captures the glowing light and colour on a mass of rock and ice that looks to me like a sculptural made of meringue. The ice is not static and changes form and shape continually.
