Nilmini De Silva, Green Tree Patterns (SEASCAPE 2023)

This image was taken in Gutharraguda (Shark Bay) from a Cessna with the doors open. The incredible patterns, colours and shapes of this landscape have been crafted by the ocean wind and rain over thousands of years. Its beauty can only truly be appreciated from the air. I was excited to see the tree patterns made in the sand by the flow of the ocean here.
