Hayleigh Beach, Flow1 (AERIAL 2024)

A spontaneous trip to a familiar beach side holiday spot, led to these photos. I enjoy the synergy between my head space and the images, as a women diagnosed with ADHD in her 40's, my diagnoses allows me to understand myself better than I have before, I find flow. As my chance adventure grants me the freedom to explore, I saw from the shoreline, how ferocious the current was in the inlet, so I took to the skies to observe from above. I had to record the exposed sandbanks, carved by the wind and water, in their state of flow and the currents of the ocean, stirring up sand clouds beneath the waves. When I am photographing, I find my flow, it's the only thing that quiets my ADHD mind, everything flows.
