Paul Collis, Fault line (URBAN 2026)

Fault Line examines layered urban surfaces where civic art, infrastructure, and decay intersect. A monumental mural is fragmented by architectural seams and intersected by a basketball hoop, revealing the city as a site of structural tension and overlapping functions. The work reflects on how meaning, utility, and deterioration coexist within the same built environment.
