Dina Nicolaides, Evening Fog (SEASCAPE 2026)
Captured late in the evening as fog quietly rolled through Whangaroa Harbour, this long exposure reflects a moment of profound stillness. The mountains dissolve into drifting mist while the water becomes a mirror of silence. As I sat contemplating life, a passing boat cast a fleeting beam of light through the harbour entrance, illuminating the fog just long enough to be captured — a brief intersection of solitude, movement, and chance.
