John Phillips, Blue to Gold (SEASCAPE 2026)

One frame, one exposure, and a whole lot of dynamic range fighting for space. Standing there, watching cool blue tones surrender to the rising warmth, I felt that familiar pull: can I hold all of this together in a single shot? The shadows, the glow, the tension between them. Was this going to be the moment I finally caught that mythical, one‑shot transition? Challenge accepted!
