A day trip from Tokyo to Lake Kawaguchi for Autumn Foliage viewing is a winner. The great weather made Mt Fuji visible throughout the day, in addition, Lake Kawaguchi with its seasonal bloom such as the pink Pampas Grass or Susuki on its shore provided a great foreground for a majestic background.
