Levin Barrett, Aireys Inlet (SEASCAPE 2023)

With a forecast of clear skies, myself and a mate headed to Split Point Lighthouse at Aireys Inlet. We arrived to 100% rain. Our response was a pub meal and a beer by which time the rain had stopped. So we headed out into the cold dark cloudy night and spent the next 4 hours getting nothing. By around 10pm we gave up and started packing up. My friend had left, I was collecting my last bit of gear when the skies suddenly cleared in under a minute! It was amazing, I have never seen such a quick improvement but there was no choice other than to set up again and start shooting. So glad I did!
